I would like to appreciate the kind of support they have indeed.

Pro:
Great support and good hosting in such a reasonable price

Cons:
No live chat support, Yes they respond under 15min to tickets, sometimes we need quick respond on live chat.

Considering the other hosting provider, No one offers live chat support for technical queries. It's ok I think
